We would like to inform you of the following downtimes happening this coming weekend and which will have a limited impact on the use of Satellic Road User Portal and Satellic Service Points as only few Road users use the system at this time of night.
DOWNTIME 15 AND 16 OCTOBER 2017
- Due to a new software update, neither the Road User Portal nor the Service Points will be accessible on Sunday 15 October between 00:30 and 04:30 a.m.
- Moreover, due to a nationwide system update of WORLDLINE (service provider for credit and debit card transactions), neither the Road User Portal nor the Service Points will be available for debit/credit card (Maestro, Diners, Amex, Mastercard/Visa…) and fuel card transactions on Monday 16 October between 00:15 and 04:30 a.m. Note that cash payments remain available, however, on Monday morning.
