Improved service system
In order to process the many requests and questions in a more efficient way, the Service Team at Multi Service Tolls will soon start with a new registration system for all incoming emails and other questions.
What should you be aware of?
After sending an email you will receive a confirmation email with a casenumber. This casenumber will be used in all communication until the question or request is completed.
For every new request you will get a new case-number.
With this, we aim to improve and simply our service.
