Like Eurovignettes, the HGV Levy is a tax on all trucks weighing more than 12 tons using motorways in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).

Fleet planners can pay the HGV Levy with their MSTS Tolls Card through the UK government portal, on the ferry to England or at point-of-sale. Payment is due before entering the U.K.
