Satellic

Belgian fleets benefit from the Satellic onboard unit (OBU). A 135€ deposit is required for the Satellic box. The OBU will be shipped directly to fleets. It must be plugged in while in use. It is transferable to other trucks using MSTS’ MyTolls customer portal.

Please note, Satellic cannot be used to pay for the Liefkenshoektunnel. You can use Telepass Sat or Axxes instead.

Delivery time: Max 3 business days, delivered directly from the supplier.

Blocking: In MyTolls you can block only an MSTS Tolls Card linked to your Satellic OBU, not the OBU itself. Please return the OBU to Satellic in Belgium.

Vehicle change: Possible via Satellic website.

Stolen or lost:  In MyTolls you can block only an MSTS Tolls Card or the domain linked to your Satellic OBU, not the OBU itself. To order a replacement please contact our Customer Support team.

Defect: To order a replacement please contact our Customer Support team.

Additional information:

A Satellic mandate is required with the initial Satellic order. ​

VAT invoices can be downloaded from the Satellic website.

Please return all not needed or defective OBUs to Satellic.​

Attention: To receive a full refund of the deposit please return an OBU with the battery, the 4 suction cups and power cable.
