His strength lies in his ability to hone in on the critical challenges facing an organization and aligning all stakeholders towards accomplishing specific goals.

Tapas has a remarkable talent for building purpose driven, winning teams and with his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership approach, he is able to engages at all levels of the organization and inspire the teams.

Tapas has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from KITS, an MBA from IBS and a PGC in Strategic Decision Making from Stanford University.
